AI Usage Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Introduction

Greenway AI, a product of TacticalEdge AI, Inc. ("Greenway") uses artificial intelligence as a core component of our adaptive prospecting platform. This AI Policy explains how we use AI models, what data they process, how we protect your information, and your rights regarding AI-assisted decisions.

We believe in responsible AI usage and are committed to transparency about how our technology works. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use AI

Greenway uses AI across our platform for the following purposes:

2.1 Prospect Research and Enrichment

AI models analyze publicly available business information to identify potential prospects that match your ideal customer profile (ICP). This includes analyzing company websites, press releases, job postings, funding announcements, and technology adoption signals.

2.2 Lead Scoring and Ranking

Our AI scoring engine evaluates prospects based on 115+ buying signals, firmographic data, and behavioral patterns to rank leads by their likelihood of conversion. This scoring system is continuously refined by our learning loop.

2.3 Message Personalization

We use a multi-model personalization chain (utilizing models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate research-backed, personalized outreach messages. Each message is tailored to the prospect's specific context, role, company situation, and detected buying signals.

2.4 Learning Loop

Our adaptive learning loop analyzes aggregated outcome data (such as response rates and engagement metrics) to continuously improve targeting accuracy, message effectiveness, and lead quality. This learning happens at the aggregate level — the system improves its general strategies, not by memorizing individual interactions.

3. AI Model Providers

We use AI models from the following providers:

  • OpenAI (GPT models): For research synthesis and content generation
  • Anthropic (Claude models): For message personalization and quality review
  • Google (Gemini models): For data analysis and signal detection

All model providers are bound by data processing agreements. We use their API services, which have separate data handling policies from their consumer products. Data sent through API calls is not used by these providers to train their models.

4. Data Handling and Protection

4.1 What Data AI Models Process

  • Publicly available business information (company names, industry, size, technology stack)
  • Professional contact information (name, title, business email) from verified data providers
  • Buying signals from public sources (job postings, press releases, funding announcements)
  • Aggregated, anonymized outcome metrics (response rates, engagement patterns)

4.2 What Data AI Models Do NOT Process

  • Personal email addresses or personal phone numbers
  • Financial information (credit cards, bank accounts)
  • Health, medical, or biometric data
  • Social security numbers or government IDs
  • Data from private communications (email content, chat messages)
  • Sensitive personal information as defined by GDPR Article 9 or CCPA

4.3 No PII in Model Training

We do not use personally identifiable information (PII) to train AI models. Our learning loop operates on aggregated, anonymized data patterns. Individual prospect data is never fed back into model training. We use API-based model access, which is contractually separated from model training pipelines.

5. Human Oversight

While our platform operates autonomously, we maintain human oversight at every critical stage:

  • ICP configuration: Customers define and approve their ideal customer profiles
  • Campaign parameters: Volume limits, industry targets, and exclusion lists are set by the customer
  • Quality review: Automated quality checks flag content for human review when confidence scores are below thresholds
  • Monitoring: Our team monitors system performance, accuracy metrics, and compliance continuously

6. Opt-Out Rights

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of AI-generated communications: If you receive outreach from a Greenway customer that was generated by our AI, you can request removal by emailing privacy@prospectory.ai.
  • Request data deletion: You can request that we delete any data we hold about you.
  • Object to automated processing: Under GDPR, you have the right to object to solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Request human review: You can request that a human review any AI-assisted decision that affects you.

7. Accuracy and Limitations

AI-generated content and decisions may contain errors. While we strive for high accuracy through multi-model validation:

  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be correct
  • Lead scoring is based on statistical patterns and may not reflect individual circumstances
  • Generated messages are suggestions and should be reviewed before sending in manual workflows
  • Signal detection relies on publicly available information which may be outdated or incomplete

8. Bias Mitigation

We actively work to identify and mitigate biases in our AI systems:

  • Regular audits of scoring models for demographic and geographic biases
  • Diverse training data sources to reduce systemic biases
  • Multi-model validation to cross-check outputs
  • Ongoing monitoring of outcome distributions across different segments

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI Policy as our technology evolves and regulations change. We will post updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
