Greenway LATAM Partner Program · Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and more
Reach Latin American SMB buyers in Portuguese and Spanish, at the right moment.
Latin America is a fast-growing SMB cloud market, and buyers expect a personal, relationship-led approach in their own language. Greenway finds the companies showing a signal now, writes outreach in Brazilian Portuguese or local Spanish, and helps your sellers turn conversations into ACE opportunities.

What changes when you sell in Latin America
Relationship-led selling
Buyers in the region respond to warm, personal outreach and follow-up by phone. Greenway writes the opening and briefs your seller for the call.
Portuguese and Spanish are distinct markets
Brazil needs Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish varies from Mexico to Argentina. Messaging is written for each country on its own.
Privacy laws are new and changing
Brazil's LGPD, Mexico's 2025 data protection law, and Chile's new law all shape B2B outreach. Each market plan is checked against current rules at kickoff.
Calling rules differ by country
Argentina's do-not-call registry covers businesses, Colombia limits contact hours and frequency, and Peru requires commercial email to be labeled. Greenway sets channels per country.
Four go-to-market motions in LATAM
Every motion is available in this region. Each program page explains who it is for, what Greenway runs, an example buyer, and the fit check.

A LATAM buyer, as your seller sees it
Every buyer arrives as a signal card your seller can act on in two minutes.
- Signal
- Raised a funding round and is hiring three developers to rebuild its online store before the holiday season.
- Need
- A store that scales for seasonal peaks without the outages it had last year.
- Buyer
- Head of Technology, Casa Verde Moda, a 90-person fashion retailer in São Paulo. Email, phone, and LinkedIn attached.
- Your angle
- Offer a fixed-scope AWS scalability review before peak season, written in Brazilian Portuguese with a warm, personal tone.
Illustrative example. Casa Verde Moda is a fictional company.
Four engagement levels

Greenway inside Amazon Quick, for every partner
Greenway connects to Amazon Quick through MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard Amazon Quick uses to reach outside tools. The connection is included at every engagement level, so every partner's sellers and AWS partner managers can work with Greenway from the AWS workspace they already use.
What sellers and partner managers ask in Amazon Quick
- "Show me today's high-propensity buyers in Germany for our migration offer."
- "Which buyers replied this week, and what signal surfaced each one?"
- "Draft a follow-up in French for the operations director at this account."
- "Which opportunities from Greenway are registered in ACE this quarter?"
LATAM questions
Do you write in Brazilian Portuguese?
Yes. Brazil gets Brazilian Portuguese messaging, and each Spanish-speaking country gets messaging written for its own usage. At the Global Markets level, native speakers proofread every message and make the calls.
Can outreach use WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is a common business channel across Latin America. Greenway plans it as a follow-up channel once a buyer has engaged, set with you at kickoff for each country.
How do you handle LGPD and the other privacy laws?
B2B outreach in Brazil rests on documented legitimate interest with a clear purpose, and every message offers an opt-out. Mexico, Chile, and other countries are planned against their current laws at kickoff, since several changed in the last two years.
For AWS Partner Development Managers and Partner Territory Managers
The questions AWS partner teams ask before they introduce a partner. To refer a partner, use the form below or email the partner's name and website.
AWS Partner Intelligence
Find the partners who can win in SMB: assess SMB potential, prioritize recruitment and activation, and pick which partners to put into Greenway. AWS reviewers get read-only access to the dashboard and partner profiles.

How do I introduce a partner to Greenway?
Use the request form on this page and choose "AWS team member referring a partner", or send the partner's name and website to james@greenway.ai. We run the free readiness report and partner fit score first, then join a call with you and the partner.
Which partners are the best fit?
Partners who already win some SMB customers and want to win more: clear, packaged offers, a lean sales team without SDRs, one SMB champion who will own the work, and a willingness to co-sell through ACE. Referral-only, enterprise-only, and resale-only partners are usually a poor fit.
How are partners scored?
Greenway scores each partner from public evidence on five pillars: proven SMB selling, SMB intent, co-sell readiness, SMB go-to-market fit, and momentum. Every point carries a dated source. The score is Greenway's own estimate, separate from AWS-internal measures such as ACE data or partner tiers.
How will I see the pipeline?
Qualified opportunities are registered in ACE, so they appear in your normal ACE views. Partners in a pilot also get a monthly review with you, covering buyers delivered, reach rate, signal hit rate, opportunities, and wins, and each partner's status.
What do you need from me?
An introduction, the partner's go-to-market plan if you have one, a seat on the kickoff call, and 30 minutes a month for the review. Greenway builds the partner's ideal customer profile from that plan, so the partner fills in nothing new.
Is there a cost to the partner?
Commercial terms depend on the motion, the engagement level, and the number of markets. Selected partners can receive program-funded pilot access. We confirm terms with you and the partner on the first call.
How quickly does a partner see results?
The first high-propensity buyers arrive the morning after kickoff. Reach rate is first read in week two, signal hit rate in week three, days to first pipeline at day 30, and opportunities at day 90.
Can AWS teams and partners use Greenway in Amazon Quick?
Yes. Greenway connects to Amazon Quick through MCP for every partner, so partner sellers can ask about their buyers, replies, and pipeline from the AWS workspace they already use.
How does Greenway protect the partner's reputation and AWS's?
Outreach follows each country's rules, every message offers an opt-out, sending identities and volumes are agreed in advance, and every buyer comes with a sourced reason to talk. Partners send in their own voice or approve every message before it goes out.
Which regions does the program cover?
All five AWS regions: NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, APJ, and GCR (Greater China). Messaging runs in 30+ languages, and the Global Markets level adds native-language callers and a local team in each market.
Request LATAM program information

- Program eligibility for your partner type, region, and country
- A sample of high-propensity buyers from one of your target markets
